"This is in order to guarantee the safety of the people, as ensuring people's safety is the primary concern," she pointed out. Additionally, a curfew is established from 10 PM to 6 AM to ensure that "no one takes advantage during the night hours."
Regarding the Viña del Mar Festival, it has been reported that if there is lighting at the event, the curfew will be lifted.
